Based in Regus Office Park Constantia Kloof, Nonhlanhla Maake (Mimi) is our customers ‘front line’ contact for Service and Spares requirements on the entire range of equipment currently and previously supplied by BOBSA Machinery.
‘Mimi’ joined the company 2 years ago and is now an integral part of BOBSA in South Africa.
Joining BOBSA in July 2022, Moeketsi is based in the Regus office at Constantia Kloof.
In addition to helping customers with spare parts & services, his function includes visiting customers and assisting technicians on installations.
We are confident that this will further enhance the functionality of BOBSA Care into the future 
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought to the forefront, the absolute necessity to have quality virtual assistance and backup from the manufacturers of the equipment we represent.
FOSBER are undoubtedly leaders in this field of technology, and this was proven during the local start-up of the C-Line machine at Everest Packaging.
Being part of the same European group of Dong Fang companies, this technology will naturally transfer to EDF in time.
There will always be a possibility of severe travel restrictions around the world and therefore no guarantee of service from international or local technicians at the customer’s site.
It is proving obvious that quality, virtual assistance, and off-site monitoring in combination with trained, skills, technicians and staff employed by our customers is the smart company’s way forward.
